You support customer service in the area of private pension provision. The inventory management department addresses in-depth concerns of customers - by phone, in writing and via digital channels. These include contractual changes, information, performances and other business incidents relating to existing insurance contracts. The aim is a fast, service-oriented and legally correct processing in the daily business.
