Location localisation and verification: Check and locate suitable real estate locations for opening our health centres and thus contribute significantly to company success Contract negotiations: You independently conduct negotiations and enter into commercial leases, including relevant supplements. You identify optimization potentials and implement them effectively Advice to managers: Our leaders benefit from your expertise in the area use and room design of our health centres Technical implementation: You take care of technical installations (e.g. air conditioning) and work closely with the relevant service providers to ensure efficient solutions Cost monitoring and budget planning: You are responsible for cost monitoring and budget planning in the context of real estate projects and continuously analyze relevant key figures for further development Communication and cooperation: You work closely with landlords, service providers and internal departments to successfully implement the projects. Your communicative strength ensures that all participants are always up-to-date

Complete training in real estate or comparable qualification. Found experience in real estate management, in particular in the negotiation of commercial rent contracts and the management of real estate projects. Funded knowledge of commercial lease law as well as experience in dealing with budget planning and cost monitoring. Teamplayer (m/w/d) with excellent negotiation skills and a safe occurrence. Service orientation, self-employment and willingness to travel.
