KPI analysis and measure derivation: You collect relevant key figures, evaluate them statistically and derive specific options for action. Project and working group management: You initiate, plan and guide nursing working groups and projects. Active cooperation in patient care: In part, support direct patient care and stay close to nursing practice. Audit and quality management: You prepare hospital-internal care audits, perform them and evaluate them taking into account the nursing expert standards as well as internal standards. QM documentation and support of care management: You create, steer and manage quality management documents and work on the care management in a need-oriented manner. Training, documentation and public relations: You plan, organize and evaluate in-patient training, document care-related activities and participate in public events.

You have a completed three-year training in nursing as well as relevant professional experience and a completed nursing study (e.g. nursing science, advanced nursing practice). You have advanced competences in the field of statistics and in data collection and processing. You have the pleasure of creating concepts and transferring scientific knowledge to everyday work in practice. Experience in quality management and implementation of quality-relevant requirements in the nursing environment will help you. You work cooperatively and constructively across professional groups and are characterised by organisational talent, team skills and flexibility. You have experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of training and extensive training.
