Continuous development and securing growth in e-commerce through search engine optimization, remarketing & affiliate programs, emailing campaigns and onsite optimization (Germany and Austria) Continuous development of the web shop and e-procurement solutions with a focus on technical support Analysis of the competitive environment and derivation of optimization proposals Budgeting and controlling marketing measures in e-commerce Create reports and presentations for general management Head of international web and IT projects Leadership and further development of the associated employees as part of the inclusive leadership culture

Graduate degree with focus on marketing, communication, business management or comparable successfully completed training as well as several years of experience in marketing and e-commerce Understanding modern technologies and digital product development Affinity for IT& Software Team spirit and outstanding communication strength Analytical thinking, service and solution orientation as well as a high degree of self-responsibility Time and organization management, solution-oriented thinking and quality awareness, also under time pressure independent mode of operation and proactive ways of thinking and action Communication strength, enforcement ability and openness in handling customers English knowledge in word and writing, French knowledge is advantageous
