Discipline and professional leadership, continuous development and follow-up planning of the team “Projects Leopard 2” (GM21) with the support of a motivating working atmosphere. Responsible management of key projects as well as controlling the acquisition phases including costing, offering creation and standardization of processes. Ensuring a timely, budget-compliant and quality project execution through active risk, change and escalation management. Independent negotiation of technical and commercial contracts until completion in close coordination with the legal department to ensure maximum compliance. Establishment, maintenance and strategic management of international cooperation with partners and customers based on sound market and competitive analyses. Full budget responsibility for securing the existing order backlog of over 2 billion € and proactive control of forecasts and revenues. Establishing a transparent reporting system through regular management reports, key figures analyses and strategic decision templates for field management. Continuous compliance with all requirements for work, health and environmental protection as well as strict safety and ISMS guidelines in the sensitive defence environment.

Successfully completed university or technical college studies, for example in the field of engineering, business management or supply chain management, as an alternative to a comparable qualification or equivalent professional experience. Multiannual leadership experience in conducting projects or work fields in the defence and armaments environment or in complex technical projects is your profile. Finding knowledge and demonstrable successes in offering skalkulation, contract negotiations and portfolio management will help you. A strong negotiation skills as well as competencies in stakeholder management and constructive conflict resolution complete your profile. Ideally, you have experience in the international business environment and know the peculiarities of the Nordic markets. Analytical thinking, a pronounced KPI orientation and experience in budget and risk management are among your strengths. We require the willingness to carry out an appropriate employee security check.
