Clerk | Clerk (f/m/d) Housing Promotion at the Office for Building Law and the Environment

With over 1,300 employees, the Landratsamt Konstanz is one of the largest employers in the region. Our around 30 specialist offices offer a wide range of career prospects and the opportunity to shape the district of Konstanz in a sustainable manner. The Lower Building Law and Monumental Protection Authority is responsible for the construction licensing procedures and the construction monitoring in 13 municipalities of the district of Konstanz. A central task is to advise clients, planning offices and municipalities in all construction planning and construction law matters. We also take over tasks in the field of monument protection, residential development, building energy law and chimney sweeping. We are looking for a specialist or specialist (w/m/d) for the area of housing promotion at the next time possible.

Tasks according to the Landeswohnraumförderungsgesetz: They advise applicants in the application procedure, process the application requests independently and then forward them to the L-Bank. Implementation of the Schornsteinfegerhandwerkgesetz: They take over the oversight of the Plenipotentiary District Chornsteinfeger, take over Kehrbezirk checks, prepare second order and carry out replacements in close coordination with the Plenipotentiary District Chornsteinfegers. They shall examine compliance with the energy laws of buildings which fall within the competence of the Undertaking Authority of the Landrat Office of Konstanz.

Career examination for the middle non-technical administrative service, training as administrative staff / administrative staff or a comparable qualification. Ideally experience in dealing with legal standards and knowledge in general administrative law. Safe appearance, communication strength and joy of decision. Self-employed, careful and solution-oriented working.
