Designing digital processes: developing and rolling out a paperless, digital visitor management system for the IACs Internal communication: creating content for our intranet to communicate transparently internal information, events or project progress Planning & implementation of customer visits and events: Accompanying events, product presentations and guided tours on site – initially supporting, later also independent Technical support for demonstrations: commissioning and presentation of trade fair and demonstration panels Data analysis & reporting: preparation and presentation of the visitor frequency and utilization of the IACs
