Service Specialist (x|w|m) – On-site

For the Mechatronic Solutions Group, we are looking for a Service Specialist (x|w|m) focusing on MassMetrology for Sartorius Lab Instruments GmbH. In this role you are responsible for the production, installation and service of comparators and other premium laboratory products of weighing technology and their accessories.

The team consists of 22 employees and is looking forward to shaping the future with you. The job is full-time and takes place on campus in Göttingen.

In this role you are actively involved in the production process of mass comparators and other complex laboratory products You are responsible for the initial installation of comparators and other premium laboratory products on site with the customer

In this activity, you will explain how our customers work and train the specialist personnel in handling the device

The maintenance (maintenance) and repair (repair) of these devices also belongs to your task field

You adjust and calibrate our devices, create logs and acceptance reports and perform fault diagnosis

The order of equipment and spare parts is also in your area of responsibility

You plan your worldwide travels and dates to the customer on site and then carry out the travel cost accounting

You build a strong customer network and thus open potential for further sales of our products

You have successfully completed technical training, e.g. in electronics, mechanics or mechatronics First experience in the technical service you have already collected and are routined in handling customers
