We are looking for you as Senior Transaction Analyst Real Estate (m/w/d) Location: Hannover | Start: now Caplantic specialises in the analysis, modelling and portfolio management of structured loans and alternative investments, including real estate, infrastructure and corporate financing. We acquire and manage attractive credit portfolios for our investors and provide sound risk assessments and transparent reporting.

What awaits you with us: Credit and risk analysis: You analyze complex commercial real estate financing and project developments. You conduct a due diligence at the level of individual funds, including creditors and sponsors, cash flows, capital service, leisure, collateral, covenants, structural and recovery risks as well as market and object parameters. Transaction check and vote: You'll create self-determining investment templates, form a clear risk vote and represent your analysis to internal decision-making bodies and our investors. Documentation Testing and Asset Transfer: You check Term Sheets, Credit and Security Contracts as well as other transaction documents and accompany the contractual implementation including Asset Transfer, Signing and Closing. Investor Relations & Presentation: Investor Presentations and Performance Reports are your responsibility. Own-sponsored expansion and expansion of own investor relations and networks. Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer: You give your know-how to younger colleagues:inside you continue to shape the professional development of the team.

What you should bring: Complete economic studies, bank training with relevant training or comparable qualification. Multiannual relevant professional experience (ideally 5+ years) in a bank, savings bank or comparable credit institution, preferably in risk management for commercial real estate financing. Secure understanding of inventory and project development financing, cash flow and sensitivity analyses, LTV/LTC, DSCR/ICR, collateral, covenants and financing structures. Funded knowledge in the analysis, modelling and management of credit portfolios Safe appearance in presentation situations and experience in the presentation of projects, transactions and analysis results Safe handling of MS Office as well as common analysis and modeling tools, very good knowledge of German and English Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and willingness to take responsibility and lead others
