Organisation of personnel demand coverage in production through cooperation with personnel service providers and in close coordination with production and shift management Equipment of employees with work equipment and takeover of onboarding Administration of HR documents and personnel documents as well as general documents Continuous optimization of processes and interfaces and control of HR projects

Experience in personnel disposition and/or care of professional employees Organisational strength and strong communication skills as well as self-initiative and the ability to question and optimize processes Very good German knowledge, further language skills (especially from Eastern Europe) are advantageous
