Civil engineer / mini excavator operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks: You move something – on our construction sites and in our holiday facilities.

For our central technical construction department we are looking for a low-farmer / mini-excavator driver (m/w/d), who supports our holiday facilities in construction, maintenance and care. You work at changing locations throughout Germany and change flexibly between the operation of the mini excavator and general civil engineering and construction site work.

Your tasks: • Safe operation of the mini excavator and various attachments • Lifting of trenches, shafts and construction pits • Installation of drainage lines and filling and sealing of trenches • levelling and preparation of land and land • Setting and levelling of screw foundations • Lifting of shafts and setting of concrete rings • Freeing dewatering trenches from growth and their regular care • Cutting hedges with an attachment shear mounted on the mini excavator • Operation of air lift bags to align caravans and mobile homes • Moving and loading of earth, gravel and other building materials • Self-propelled transport of the mini excavator with towing vehicle and trailer • Manual reworking with hand tools in areas not accessible by the mini excavator • Support of other structures at the respective construction sites • Daily control and maintenance of the mini excavator as well as small maintenance work • compliance with work and safety regulations, in particular when working near existing lines

This is helpful:Ideally you have completed training in civil engineering, horticulture and landscape construction or in a comparable craftsmanship. Also with appropriate practical experience you are welcome with us.

We also look forward to: • Class BE driving licence – mandatory for the independent transport of the mini excavator with tractor and trailer • Proof of qualification for the guidance of hydraulic excavators in accordance with DGUV Principle [for phone number see the original ad] (“Construction Machinery Guide Certificate”) • Detectable practical experience in safe handling of mini excavators and various attachments • Experience in civil engineering, civil engineering or garden and landscape construction • Experience in the professional cargo securing of construction machines • Technical understanding, craftsmanship and experience in handling heights, falls and levelling work • Responsible handling of towing vehicle, trailer and construction machine • Very high readiness to travel and pleasure at changing locations within Germany • An independent, careful and solution-oriented approach • Physical loadability, ready-to-use, reliability and team capability • A sense of responsibility in the handling of machines, existing lines and construction site safety • Secure knowledge of German for voting on the construction sites
