As an assembly worker (m/w/d) for the assembly of passenger car trailers in Gersthofen, you bring your energy and skills exactly where they are needed. In an exciting 2-layer work, you support the production of high-quality products and actively participate in the process design. You will be part of a dynamic environment that focuses on precision, teamwork and innovation.

• You are responsible for the assembly of car trailers according to the technical specifications.
• You make sure the finished trailers meet the quality standards.
• You support the optimization of work processes and help increase efficiency.
• You work closely with your team to achieve daily production targets.
• You perform control and testing tasks to ensure consistent product quality.

You are ready to work in an agile and productive environment? The role as an assembly employee (m/w/d) is ideal for you if you are motivated and like to work practically – also as a cross-release!

• You have collected first professional experience in production or assembly, but cross-entry is also welcome.
• You bring craftsmanship and technical understanding.
• You enjoy working in a layer system (2 layer).
• You are reliable, durable and team-oriented.
• You bring willingness to learn quickly.
• You communicate clearly and are open to feedback and suggestions for improvement.
