For a Stuttgart company in the field of finance and real estate, we are looking for a project manager for TGA, HLSK, Objectbetreuuer, Facility Manager, Property Manager or Buildingmanger for the building campus in Stuttgart.

Management of projects for the renewal and further development of industrial plants Technical support and coordination in construction projects with interventions in plant engineering Ensuring operational requirements and standards Optimization of the TGA to increase sustainability and efficiency, including introduction of AI methods Support internal and external service providers in the monitoring and control of supply technology Monitoring of malfunctions and control of the processes and service providers.

Completed studies (Dipl.-Ing., Master, Bachelor) in building technology, utility technology, FM, electrical engineering, or similar training.

Practical experience in the HLSK area

Comprehensive knowledge of TGA planning, execution and technical facility management

Funded experience in the management of projects (reconstruction of existing properties)

Safe handling of MS Office

Structured work with a high self-initiative and service orientation
