Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) You take responsibility – you control and monitor our filling operation. Make sure that the quality and hygiene rules are complied with as well as other relevant requirements. Also the objectives of the department do not lose sight of you. You ensure smooth processes – The cleaning, maintenance and maintenance of the technical facilities and operating spaces are monitored and controlled by you. You carry out minor repairs at the plants to eliminate malfunctions. You ensure the optimal system availability at any time. You coordinate maintenance activities in cooperation with the maintenance department. You look closely – you document relevant key figures (e.g. evaluation of the daily filling process) and evaluate them. This will then be followed by the appropriate measures. You participate in training, e.g. on the subject of occupational safety, hygiene or the environment, maintain existing work instructions and safety regulations and deal with the resources carefully. You improve our processes – you work with the continuous improvement process and develop optimization suggestions within your responsibility and implement them as you can. You perform a wide range of tasks – You operate, monitor and maintain the filling units and plant parts, and carry out cleaning work and lubrication work on the plants according to corresponding requirements. In addition, check and check the equipment and compliance with the quality parameters in the production of the final product and document it. You lead with competence and passion – You take over the management, guidance and further development of the assigned employees (m/w/d) in the area of filling with pleasure and enforcement. When creating the personnel deployment planning (shift and holiday planning) you will pay attention to an ideal layer occupation. If necessary, you will not only organise the shift meetings, but also carry out them.

Your training – you have a vocational training as a specialist in food technology, brewers and malts, a different technical training or a master or Technicians successfully completed. Your experience – you bring relevant professional experience in the field of filling. Your personality – you are characterized by your communication strength and organizational talent. When performing your tasks, you always keep in mind the goal and costs. You are also ready to work in shiftwork and also on weekends, as well as on Sundays and holidays. Your know-how – you have well-founded MS Office knowledge. Secure SAP knowledge, knowledge in handling the ProLeiT process control system and experience with the LABbase laboratory software are desirable.
