The Hessische Competence Center (HCC) is responsible for the operation and further development of the SAP system landscape as a central service provider of the Land of Hessen. As a certified SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCOE), we support the Hessian state administration in the reliable and future-oriented use of SAP. The designated place is located in the “Application Control” Delivery Center in the “IT-Governance” unit. The unit is responsible, among other things, for central topics of the management and governance of the country's SAP landscape.

As an SAP Contract Manager (m/w/d), you can take over the operational management and control of the SAP Contract Landscape in the SAP Contract Management team. You manage software transfer, maintenance and cloud contracts and provide a complete and up-to-date overview of contract stock, contractual components, terms, conditions and contractual obligations. You maintain the contract data, document contract history and ensure the complete and audit-proof placement of relevant contract documents. In addition, you monitor contractual deadlines and accompany contract changes, extensions and procurement. Another priority is the factual examination of invoices based on existing contracts. You clarify deviations with the contract partners and provide resilient contract and cost data for household, controlling and management. You work closely with the operating SAP license management and the license process owner. You provide the contractual information required for licensing processes, agree contractual questions and support consistent management of contracts, usage rights and follow-up processes. As a central contact person for SAP contracts, you also coordinate cooperation with internal departments and continuously develop the processes and structures of SAP contract management.

Applicable completed higher education or equivalent skills and experience acquired in practice Knowledge of German in Word and Writing on C1 level Multiannual professional experience in the SAP environment, in IT contract and license management or in a comparable field of activity Experience in analysis and structured preparation of complex facts Remarkable are: Knowledge of Software Asset Management Experiences in IT controlling and in the economic assessment of IT services Experiences in handling larger amounts of data and their evaluation, in particular with MS Excel You can also bring this with you: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and are able to work even complex questions independently.
