Monitoring of passenger and vehicle traffic including visitor management. Initial measures for fires, accidents or disturbances, operation of the reporting systems and contact persons for operators. Monitoring of building control technology, execution of smaller repairs and control of external service providers. Support of the analog and electronic closing systems including their documentation. Complete collection of incidents, control reports and audit reports as part of operator responsibility. Mainly taking over the night shift from Monday to Sunday (location Wernberg). In exceptional cases also day service (Wernberg/ Hirschau).
