To strengthen our team we are looking for HOLTER location in Obertraubling / Bavaria a dedicated personality as Exhibition Management (all genders) for our Premium Ball Studio

Consulting & Sales: You advise end customers, plan bathing solutions, create offers and implement projects together with installers. Operational Responsibility: You organize processes, optimize processes and ensure high consulting and service quality. Turnover & Performance: You analyze key figures, develop targeted measures to increase sales and implement them together with your team. Network & Sales: You actively build a sustainable network of installers, architects and builders and thus strengthen the regional market presence. Showroom & Brand Appearance: You’re looking for an inspiring, modern and sales-oriented presentation of the exhibition and implementing marketing and POS activities. Team Leadership & Development: You lead and develop your team, conduct employee talks and keep track of continuous training
