The position is deliberately occupied as a double tip in the top shading model. As a manager, you take equal responsibility together with your manager. You bring in your individual strengths and design the position as a reliable leader. Together, it develops and manages the energy, climate protection and sustainability strategy of StEB Köln, evaluates new process engineering and energy concepts for the Cologne wastewater treatment plants and is responsible for the continuous development of the work protection.
