Senior Referent Social Media - Paid Social (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic orientation as well as the independent planning and control of target group and channel-oriented paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms – from conception to implementation. You develop innovative full-funnel application strategies for relevant target groups and drive the targeted use of new media solutions to sustainably increase the efficiency and quality of our social media media planning. You define channel- and campaign-specific KPIs, control and optimierst campaigns based on business goals, trends and competitive analyses and guide strategic action recommendations. The Business Impact is convincing and management-friendly. You are developing our Test-&-Learn approach strategically, controlling hypothesis-based tests and implementing the findings in scalable measures. At the same time, you evaluate new social media trends and potentials and give directional impulses for their use. As a professional Sparring partner, you will advise the social media team on challenging media campaigns for influencer and content formats. In addition, you control internal stakeholders from sales, strategy and other areas as well as external agencies and bring together different interests in a targeted manner.

You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Communication, Media or a comparable discipline and ideally brings at least six years of comprehensive professional experience in the Paid Social environment – at both the agency and the company side. You have a very good understanding of tracking concepts and relevant social media KPIs, a high number affinity and pronounced analytical skills. You also master the technical and technical foundations of the relevant social media channels and tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager. You have many years of experience in the design and activation of holistic social media campaigns along the entire marketing and sales tunnel and a secure sense of targeted and channel-oriented communication. With the application of integrated social media, influencer and creator projects, you will be able to manage complex projects and different stakeholders in a corporate environment. You can convince with very good communication and presentation skills. You are interested in energy and energy products and are ready to develop your knowledge in this field. Very good German knowledge and good English skills complete your profile.
