Industrial Engineering Clerk (m/f/d)

You are an organizational talent with technical understanding and an eye for detail? Then, together with your team, contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure and support us at our Hamm site as a specialist in operating technology (m/w/x). The body must first be occupied for 2 years. Are you on it? Spare parts management & procurement: You support the planning and procurement of spare parts and thus ensure reliable material availability for operation Stock and consumption controls: Regular inventory checks as well as the booking and monitoring of customs are also within your task Reporting: You’re creating reports, evaluations, and protocols and providing clarity for all relevant interfaces Date and maintenance coordination: As a central point of contact, you work closely with internal teams as well as external partners:inside, coordinate appointments and always keep in mind maintenance, testing and deadlines

Qualification: Successfully completed training in the commercial sector Experience: Ideally first experience in material or spare parts management IT and system knowledge: sovereign MS Office knowledge as well as safe handling of SAP WM or Power BI desirable Language skills: Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good knowledge of English (at least B2) Mobility & Flexibility: A Class B driving licence and the willingness to visit places Working method: Structured, proactive and independent, combined with team orientation and communication strength
