Tasks

• Intake of goods and receipt of goods: In receipt of supplies, check of delivered goods for quantity and quality and documentation of deviations.
• Disposal of goods: Proper storage of goods taking into account warehouse management and safety regulations.
• Commissioning: Compilation of customer orders or internal orders by appointment.
• Packing and shipping: Packing and sending the commissioned goods including delivery papers.
• Occupational control: Regular inventory for inventory and maintenance, including collection in the system of goods management.
• Restoration organisation: Ensuring a proper and clear warehouse as well as optimising the storage processes.
• Transport: Operation of industrial trucks (e.g. forklifts) for transporting goods within the warehouse.
• Document and administration: Maintenance and control of stocks in the computer system, including bookings of access and departures.
• Working with other departments: Close coordination with purchasing, production and shipping to ensure a smooth flow of material.
• Flexiability:A willingness to start up different businesses due to this, a class B licence is of advantage.

= qualification

• Professional experience or completed training as a specialist in warehouse logistics, warehouse or comparable qualification.
• Experience in handling goods management systems and warehouse management.
• Possibly desirable.
• Self-employed, reliable and team-oriented working.
• Physical loadability and flexibility.
