Asahi Brands Germany GmbH is part of Asahi Europe & International and is part of Asahi Groups Holding, a global company based in Japan that sells beer, spirits, soft drinks and food. In Germany, from our headquarters in Cologne, we successfully manage the sales and marketing of currently 9 international beer brands, such as the Czech Pilsner Urquell, the Polish Tyskie or the Italian Peroni Nastro Azzurro. To expand our team in our Cologne office, we are looking for Senior Consultant (m/w/d) // Sales Support Specialist (m/w/d) in Cologne

Processing and documentation of customer conditions and accompanying the annual discussions Bonus processing in the distribution channel Trade: Examination and processing of refund invoices Validation of reckoning types (trade discounts, action discounts, listing fees etc.) Configuration and approval process in invoice management software Documentation and monitoring of individual customer conditions

Internal coordination and coordination with sales and accounting and external service providers Support in the Evaluation of Conditions Developments Integration into the annual resetting process Working on the further development and integration of software solutions Participation in project-related tasks within the AEI cluster

Closed commercial training, ideally first experience in the sales service Experience in the FMCG or LEH environment Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Number affinity, analytical thinking and careful working Self-employment, self-initiative and prioritization competence Team spirit, communication strength and empathy in dealing with customers and colleagues Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel
