Social workerin / Social educationin (w/m/d) In order to expand our team, we are looking for a social workerin / social pedagoguein (w/m/d) for our residential community for young people in the residential community in Berlin - Reinickendorf from 01.04.2026 or for a joint agreement in full time with 36 hours/week. In October 2023, young people in Kiez, together with two other Berlin institutions, opened an inclusive residential project with housing for young people in youth assistance and adults in integration aid. The residential project is located in a new residential district on the Holländer Straße, directly on the border of the districts Mitte and Reinickendorf. The residential community for a total of 17 young people aged 15 and over includes eleven residences in the occupant's individual residences as well as a group of four places within the framework of stationary youth assistance under the SGB VIII and two one-room apartments for trainees on youth employment assistance. The housing of the young people and the common areas with corresponding counselling and jobs are all under one roof. The house offers the light-filled comfort of a new building and is very modern. The spatial proximity to the carrier apartments offers the possibility to take walks or small, spontaneous activities in the newly created gravel, which greatly facilitates everyday care. In addition to the individual educational contacts, we place great emphasis on (small) group offers and go annually on a one-week group trip. Your duties as a social workerin or social pedagoguein (m/w/d) assist, advise and support young people within the framework of SGB VIII (§34, 35 & 41) among other things, you support everyday, school requirements and professional training You provide assistance in contact with the family of origin and assist in psychological stress and if necessary in the search for therapeutic help You contribute to the development of assistance plans and to the development of appropriate consultancy and support content You work with the competent institutions, in particular the youth offices, pre-lecturers, job centers, schools, regional youth free-time institutions, possibly relevant bodies and other projects. You contribute to the everyday and leisure design of young people and document the course of help in cooperation with them.
