Senior BI Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your role is divided into two tasks – which you do not separate but actively connect. We set the priorities together, based on your strengths. Data infrastructure & BI After the initial setup phase, you take the operational responsibility for our new Data Warehouse from our external implementation partner and develop it independently You drive the migration of our BI interface from Qlik to a modern platform – Power BI is our preferred candidate, you actively shape the platform decision You are responsible for connecting further practice management systems to our DWH. Our partner practices retain their usual systems – your task is that consistent, comparable data points nevertheless arrive in our warehouse from this heterogeneous system landscape. You build and manage business-critical dashboards and analytics for operations and management – from diagnostic and performance dashboards to bonus bills and lab key figures You ensure data quality and establish clean processes for data requirements from the company You are the technical interface for accounting for the use of BI data in the monthly financial statements and supports the annual financial statements including tester walkthrough for revenue estimation For deeper technical interventions, you will get external partners on board – but the strategic guidance of the data landscape lies with you

Processes & Business Partnering of Partner Practices You regularly interact with our partner practices on site and understand where data, processes and practicality are going You harmonize the handling of billing cuts in practice management systems – uniform rules, uniform collection, uniform utilisation You establish binding standards for sales acquisition and reporting discipline across all locations You are Sparringspartner for the management and the MVZ Head – with numbers, process understanding and a clear point of view.

Must-have Complete degree in business management, business informatics, health management or comparable – or a career that convinces us At least five years of experience in a controlling, BI controlling or analytic engineering role and co-responsibility for data models or DWH components Sovereign handling of SQL and ETL concepts and well-founded experience in a modern BI platform Experience in connecting heterogeneous source systems to a central data warehouse Experience in a decentralized multi-site structure – ideally practical network, MVZ or clinic, alternative store trading, multi-site services or comparable constellations Strong in communication with non-commercial stakeholders: You can pick up doctors, practice managers and management alike Hands-on-Mentality Joy in communication with the practices

Nice-to-have Experience with KV/GOÄ accounting and common practice management systems Knowledge in Lucanet, Rexx and Datev as well as in personnel, wage or HR systems Experience in process-harmonization projects across multiple sites Experience in BI migration projects as a specialist site – ideally from Qlik to Power BI Readability in Qlik Sense to cleanly accompany the migration phase
