As Operations Performance Lead Subscriptions (m/w/d), you control the day-to-day operating business in the secondary book and make sure that all workflows are implemented efficiently, stable and on time. You always keep in mind quality, service requirements and capacity utilization. You take over the disciplinary leadership of several teams, tax target agreements, conduct collaborative discussions and manage the personnel deployment planning as well as the systematic further development of your employees. You actively shape the continuous improvement of the processes by identifying vulnerabilities and inefficiencies and thereby taking specific optimization measures. You control their implementation independently and anchor sustainable improvements in the operating business. You use performance indicators and analyses to continuously increase quality, efficiency and transparency and to evaluate the effectiveness of the measures taken. Individually coordinate and guide projects and measures to further develop your responsibility – including targeted use of automation and AI-based solutions. In the interface management, you will ensure smooth cooperation – in particular with procurement, specialist departments, main book, corporate accounting as well as adjacent functions such as taxes, financing and regulatory. Complex issues are cleared by yourself and take over the operating control in escalations to ensure fast and resilient solutions. In addition, you are actively involved in operating themes, especially in critical, priority or complex processes, thus supporting the stability and performance of the entire range.

You have a completed business studies with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring several years of experience in accounting, especially in the context of the secondary books, as well as first experience in professional or disciplinary leadership or a comparable control function. Finding knowledge of the secondary book processes as well as their end-to-end relationships distinguish you – supplemented by good knowledge of commercial and tax principles. Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally in the Oracle environment, supports you in controlling and developing the processes. You have a good understanding of process optimization and operational control mechanisms and are able to effectively translate them into practice. A pronounced prioritization and decision-making capability, combined with sense of responsibility and enforcement strength, characterizes your work. Structure, solution orientation and a high capacity for implementation allow you to effectively combine operational responsibility and leadership.
