For the supply chain management in the field of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, we are looking for a ''Sourcing Project Manager (m/w/x)' at the Jena, Roßdorf or Oberkochen site at the next possible time:

Your role Take over responsibility as a project manager of all procurement-relevant activities for a procurement object along the product development process from ORR (Operational Readiness Review) to the successful SAT (Site Acceptance Test) or FOR (Final Operational Readiness)

Preparation, planning, control and post-control of procurement projects

Close cooperation with the relevant interfaces such as development, quality, production, logistics, legal to implement the sourcing strategy

Defining the strategic approach and the sourcing concept for a procurement project

Identification, evaluation and selection of suitable suppliers in coordination with the appropriate interfaces

Designing a successful cooperation between internal stakeholders, stakeholders and suppliers

A successfully completed study in the fields of business or engineering or a commercial-technical training with adequate additional training

At least 6 years of professional experience in project management of complex technology projects in cooperation with internal and external cross-functional teams

Proven experience in supply chain management or management of external partners, ideally in purchasing development-intensive components, assemblies, modules or installations

Finded experiences in the fields of optimization of complex value flows and production control as well as development, production and procurement of special machines, preferably in the context of semiconductor production or aerospace

Minimum project management level C or comparable

Funded knowledge of supplier evaluation and selection as well as proven negotiation experience

Confidence with key figures as well as very good IT skills, especially in MS Office and SAP, high intercultural competence, an analytical mindset and a structured approach

German and English knowledge in word and writing
