You identify potential customers: inside the Franken region and actively address them – by phone, via LinkedIn or via other channels. You qualify leads, recognize needs and prepare appointments for our sales managers. You build a loadable pipeline for the new Schwarzach site and continuously develop it. In close cooperation with our sales teams, you actively contribute to making pco visible in the Franken region. Your own ideas as we can achieve the region even better – from messaging to new target groups.

You have fun communicating, outbound sales and convincing people. You have already gained first experience, ideally in the area of call center, recruiting, dialogue marketing, sales or customer service. You're stubborn, friendly and good to listen. Structured and reliable work is easy for you, and at the same time you want to build something new. In the Franken region (e.g. Würzburg, Nuremberg, Erlangen, Aschaffenburg) you are home and can come to the office in Schwarzach once a week.
