Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As an expert product technology for our ASIC technologies, you coordinate the introduction and support of new semiconductor products for automotive applications in our fully automated 300mm production line. They take over the entire value chain for a variety of semiconductor products from our new BCD technologies and take over technology status communication with employees and management. In addition, you interact with many partners within and outside the company as part of the product qualification or audits. Your task is to ensure benchmark exploitation and Bosch quality standards: Characterization of electrical deviations (EWS) and initiation of improvement measures taking into account further data from production such as PCM or Inline/Metrology. Ensuring regular monitoring of yield and failure data (Yield-Pareto) by using modern software solutions (e.g. Tipco Spotfire) and templates. Support for necessary design or layout optimizations Support or guidance of focus / task force teams Working with optimization of the electrical test at chip level (EWS) Creation of regular weekly reports for project teams and management Planning and securing of yield targets of technology. Introducing new employees

Education: successfully completed university studies (Diplom/Master) in electrical engineering, microsystems engineering, physics, chemistry, material sciences or comparable degree programme Personality and working methods: very communication-strong, result-oriented and structured, stress-resilient and resilient Experiences and know-how: at least 5 years of semiconductor experience in product technology, yield enhancement, integration or design Qualifications: good knowledge of semiconductor physics, excellent statistical knowledge, outstanding qualifications in the field of EDA (engineering data analysis) Languages: very good German and non-negotiable English knowledge in word and writing
