Senior AI Specialist (m/f/d)

Technical assessment, prioritization and design of AI-Use-Cases. Conception and implementation of end-to-end data and ML pipelines. Development, training and optimization of ML and Gen-AI models. Selection of suitable model and architecture approaches (classical ML, Deep Learning, GenAI) Structure of productive AI systems including deployment, operation and monitoring. Implementation of cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, GCP or Azure. Containerization and orchestration of models (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) Processing, visualization and integration of AI results in frontends, dashboards or applications. Cooperation with frontend, data and platform teams. Ensuring robustness, traceability and scalability of AI solutions.

Machine Learning & AI Multiannual practical experience in machine learning / deep learning. Very good knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or comparable libraries. Experience over multiple ML domains (e.g.: Computer Vision, NLP, Forecasting / Time Series) Found experience with Generative AI (e.g. LLMs, RAG, Prompting, Fine-Tuning) Systems, Cloud & Operation Experience with Hyperscalern (AWS, GCP, Azure) Very good understanding of end-to-end architectures for ML systems. Experience in the deployment and operation of models: Docker, Kubernetes , CI/CD, Monitoring, Logging Understanding scaling, performance and stability of productive AI systems. Frontend & Result Presentation Experience in the understandable visualization of data and AI results. Cooperation with frontend or BI solutions (e.g. dashboards, web frontends) Ability to prepare model results so that You can be used and interpreted. Domain & Interface Experience in direct customer contact. Technical domain understanding in financial services and/or industry. Ability to translate technical requirements into technical solutions.
