Take responsibility for our accounting and ensure stable, transparent and law-compliant financial processes. As a management of accounting, you make sure that accounts, deadlines and tax requirements are complied with reliably.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team as well as contact persons for management and tax advisors Responsibility for all financial accounting and ensuring proper accounting Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB in cooperation with the tax advisor Coordination and guarantee of daily business in debitor, creditor, property and asset accounting Monitoring of payment transactions and liquidity planning and management Accounting and accounting of current transactions including booking of bank statements Implementation and monitoring of accounts and clarification of open items Optimization and further development of accounting processes, systems and organisational processes Optimization and further development of accounting processes, systems and organisational processes

Completed studies with a focus on finance/invoicing or commercial training, e.g. B. to the account holder or tax specialist Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting and experience in the preparation of annual accounts according to HGB Experience in a leading or professionally controlling function with responsibility for a team Safe handling of common accounting software and ERP systems (e.g. Datev) as well as very good Excel knowledge Impressed numerical affinity and structured, careful and responsible functioning Communication strength, initiative and commitment to the further development of processes Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Ideally experience with the digitization of accounting processes, in medium-sized companies or in a comparable industry
