Here in Düsseldorf, you will help develop and expand the business of the International Investment Company mbH (INKA) as a consultant contract management (m/w/d). Our subsidiary, the International Investment Company mbH (INKA), is one of the leading providers in the administration of securities specialist funds. The INKA bundles services in the middle and back office of the fund business and sets new standards with the quality of its services in the areas of accounting, reporting and risk controlling.

Replacement and adjustment of fund contracts with special AIF Contract work and contractual adjustments in relation to outsourcing of portfolio management to external fund managers and the assignment of external investment advisors Contracts and adjustments in relation to the derivatives trading of special assets Communication with internal and external business partners Project work and implementation of regulatory innovations Optimization of technical and technical processes

Successfully completed studies, ideally with legal reference Ideally expertise in the processes and in the regulatory environment of a capital management company Self-employed and very careful operation combined with great reliability, a high self-initiative and self-employment High level of communication with external and internal contacts Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ideally expertise in the processes and in the regulatory environment of a capital management company.
