You provide advice on complex labour law issues, in particular on restructuring and other relevant issues. You lead to agreements on collective agreements and supplementary collective agreements and advise them in a strict manner. You build a strong network of member companies, employers and social self-government and maintain it. You implement the association strategy in a consistent manner. You conduct the process of understanding and adapt flexibly to new developments. You promote an agile way of working and are changing the workforce. You actively promote the development and integration of digital processes and systems.
