Working Student Personnel (m/f/d)

You accompany the digitalization and optimization of HR processes (e.g. the introduction of new tools, automation of processes and processes). You drive the employer brand forward both in the project and operationally, including through the conceptual orientation of employer branding, the development of content and social media activities. You support the HR IT project team in all organizational tasks relating to the preparation of the implementation of the HCM system. You prepare presentations and documents for meetings and project updates. You support the personnel department's operating daily business (e.g. contract preparation, maintenance of personal files, reporting).

You are impersonated in an economic studies with a focus on: Business Informatics, Human Resources, etc. You enjoy structure, organization and digital tools, especially Excel and Microsoft 365. You work independently, carefully and with a good look for detail, because our results have direct influence on the organization. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the field of personnel and project work. You like to organize, set clear priorities and openly talk about your capacities. You're reliable, communicative and you're packing up where the team needs support. You speak German very well.
