Technical Writer* for Documentation Defense / Defense Technology

Creation of technical documentation, such as user instructions and test, maintenance and repair descriptions, according to customer specifications (S1000D, ASD, IETD,...) based on TZ kits and 3D data Create spare parts catalogs / spare parts lists according to S2000M and work with Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) according to S3000L Create work instructions, quality assurance plans for IETD / data modules, including optional images / graphics from 2D vector PTC IsoDraw / Ilustrator, 3D CATIA and Creo View Data management, independent query, edit and evaluate digital and analog data records, handling and creation of forms and masks Work with editorial and terminology guide, as well as maintenance and testing of documentation on compliance with standards and guidelines Cooperation with internal departments and external clients (project and documentation) and subcontractors

Technical understanding through a completed training in the Technical Editor / Documentation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science or in another, similar field Knowledge of ASD S1000D, S2000M and S3000L desirable Professional practice in dealing with editorial systems (desirably Abortext Editor, Framemaker, Indesign) and MS Office Experience in working with QuILS, Apart, MadCap, MATCONF Experience in specifying and implementing projects in the defense environment Affinity for technology and ability to work quickly into new technologies
