You are responsible for providing high-quality HR reports with compliance and data protection requirements You link different data sources and ensure consistent data quality to answer complex reporting requirements Automation and standardization of routine reporting is one of your tasks You will take care of the development and optimization of personnel planning & billing You create monthly accounts and provisions You manage permissions in HCM, in particular the assignment of authorization roles As part of your activity, you evaluate analysis results and guide recommendations for HR management You work closely with global and local stakeholders, such as Global HR, IT, Finance, Compliance, Legal You continuously improve and optimize our processes within defined standards and guidelines You also work in HR projects with

You have completed economic studies or a comparable qualification as well as broad experience in HR controlling or related functions You have been able to gather several years of experience in the creation of personal planning and billing Very good knowledge of SAP HCM as well as basic knowledge of permission management and SAP BW are of advantage Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving capabilities as well as a pronounced numerical understanding, especially at the interface between operational personnel work and data-based models, are characterized The ability to convey complex facts in a comprehensible and targeted way is one of your strengths We require very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous You bring a high level of willingness to learn and the motivation to work quickly into new topics, with Very good Excel knowledge round off your profile
