You conduct and monitor turnkey construction projects, especially projects over 10 million. Euro You coordinate all the works involved in the construction and ensure a smooth construction process You monitor compliance with dates, costs and quality standards You lead and motivate the construction site team You conduct construction meetings and agree with all project participants You can secure work safety and health protection at the construction site You document the progress of construction and start reports for the management

You have at least four years of professional experience as a building manager (m/w/d) in turnkey construction, ideally with experience in large projects over 5 million. Euro You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical training You have well-founded knowledge in construction processes, construction management and project management You have strong leadership and communication skills You show great commitment and work independently You are safe in handling construction and project management software and have enforcement and negotiation skills You speak fluent German (C2 level)
