Ehrenamts-Coordinator (m/w/d)

Ready to do good in the metropolitan region of Hamburg? In the course of a follow-up rule, we are looking for a Projektmanager (m/w/d) for 30 hours/week. The Buxtehude and Stade deacons association is an association of ecclesiastical advisory bodies – only about an hour drive from Hamburg in the beautiful Unterelbe-Landkreis Stade. With nearly 60 official and approx. 250 volunteers are working daily on the basis of the Christian human image with many support and counselling services.

The searched place is the continuation of successful work: the Volunteer Coordinator (m/w/d) wins new volunteers and supervises the already won. Existing volunteer structures in church parishes of the parishes of Stade and Buxtehude are to be supported and strengthened, if necessary provided for assistance. A new Volunteer Office concept with appropriate quality requirements, decided in 2024, can be used; the implementation has already begun and is to be further expanded pragmatically. In addition, network offers and possibilities in the Stade district are to be appropriately docked (e.g. with the “Mach-Mit-Zentrum – Center for Voluntary Integration”). This position requires empathy, joy, creativity, optimism and both spontaneity as well as the ability to structural action. Interested church parishes or Volunteers should be actively linked and supervised on site, existing, established offers will be continued. For this we are looking for an open-minded, committed and creative mind that has the pleasure and joy of further building new things, already caring for and strengthening achievements (“goods”) – and all this with a lot of “heart blood” for people in all their diversity and on the basis of the Christian human image. The 30 hours can be divided into family life.
