Business Analyst & Template Designer for Output Management (OMS) (m/f/d)

Analysis and assessment of technical requirements in close cooperation with the departments Translation of requirements into technical implementation concepts for document templates Advising the departments for optimal document structuring and efficient use of text components Technical design, development and maintenance of templates in coordination with the teams and application management Independent new development, further development and maintenance of document templates and text modules for our outgoing customer communication Implementation of template tests as well as preparation, implementation and documentation of test cases for quality assurance Ensuring smooth rollout of templates into the productive environment Acquisition of 2nd level support and coordination of 3rd level support with external service providers Support in the continuous optimization of our output management processes

Complete studies or training in the field of computer science, media informatics, technical documentation or a comparable qualification Experience in the analysis, recording and documentation of technical requirements and in the preparation of technical concepts Understanding data structures and XML structures as well as practical knowledge in JavaScript Ideally multiannual professional experience in output management, in particular in the fields of document creation, document design and text building block management Experience in handling OMS tools (e.g. kwsoft Series M, Tonic, M/TEXT, M/Workbench) Structured, analytical and self-sponsored working with high quality awareness Joy in cooperation with various departments, IT and external service providers Communication strength, team spirit and a precise, detailed way of working
