You can then fit us, because all of this can be introduced as a lead (m/w/d) of the project office of “SHAPTH – Interface Harmonization and Exchange Platform for Drinking Water Hygiene” and “WAFA – Uniformization of the digital application landscape in the field of water hygiene” at the leading point at LGL. SHAPTH and WAFA are cooperation projects of several federal states to introduce a uniform data format together with the associated transmission paths in the drinking water management or for standardizing the digital field application landscape in the field of water hygiene. For both projects we are looking for a joint project management (m/w/d).

Head of the project office: They independently control the project management office and develop this strategically, identify risks and potentials and derive appropriate measures. With your comprehensive project management skills, you create project plans for complex, agile multi-project control, capture them and ensure their implementation. If necessary, you represent the project management in appropriate bodies and/or agree with the project management plans and priorities. They are available to the contracted service providers, participating actors and regulatory structures as a competent respondent (m/w/d) in all questions of project implementation and planning. To do this, you use your skills from the other tasks in a profitable manner and keep the team coordination in mind. They represent the leading body in the project processes and ensure compliance with the objectives, framework conditions and requirements for funding. Together with or through the use of contracted service providers, they accompany the networking of new and existing IT applications organizationally and coordinate the communication with the relevant stakeholders. Representing the projects in front of a wide range of auditoriums in the inside and outside is easy for you. To do this, you can also create appropriate documents and presentations for the respective project sequence and organize and moderate regularly logged project group meetings. They maintain project-related communication channels (website, newsletter, social media) and develop them further, possibly through the use of service providers. The reliable documentation of the different documents, communication results, etc. also ensures for subsequent tests, possibly using external service providers. You can also use digital collaboration and/or storage systems. The management, planning and use of project budgets, including ensuring auditability of appropriate management, are a core competence. To do this, you also regularly create reports or, for example, reportings, among others to funding providers. You create cost plans and make sure that they are also adhered to, if necessary in coordination with the project management. Complex procurement and procurement procedures are also planned and controlled in coordination with the specialist colleagues as well as possibly additional experts. They observe the success of the project using scientific methods and derive insights for further work. Occasionally on-site operations with the individual actors, workshops or, for example, also at trade fairs, also together with the IT teams, complete your everyday life.

You have a successfully completed degree (Master, Diploma [Univ.] or comparable) of the Department of Business Administration or Management or a directly comparable course of study experience in the field of scientific evaluations of projects and work situations; Promotion preferred Multiannual experience in project and process management in the field of public infrastructure Comprehensive experience in building and maintaining networks of different actors and associated bodies as well as managing appropriate decision-making processes Embossed process organizational understanding and very good moderation, consulting and presentation capability Multiannual experience in the application and use of funding Teamability, communication strength and a structured working method Secure knowledge in the application of common office software systems as well as knowledge in modern web technologies (such as support of websites, use of content management systems etc.).
