We are looking for you as a working student (m/w/d) Product Management AI Automation at CHECK24 Comparative Portal Camper GmbH. We look forward to your application!

Working in the team: You are actively involved in our product management team from day one and work closely with product managers, developers and AI experts Take responsibility: You analyze feedback from customer service, identify potential for improvement and, together with the team, initiate concrete measures to optimize our product Rolling out AI in customer management: Together with the team, you enter our automated service solutions such as Chatbot and Voice Agent and continuously develop them Conduct Business Analyses: Get meaningful analyses and reports on success control and deriving data-based action recommendations Design product and API integrations: You will address smaller adaptations to API connections of our partners (e.g. changes to data fields) Realizing ideas: As an interface between product and IT, you implement smaller technical tickets together with developers and modern AI tools such as cursor and supports low-code automations and internal processes

Education: Current university studies with very good performance, ideally with economic, technical-analytical or IT-related focus (e.g. business informatics, engineering, mathematics, BWL etc.) Practical experience: First touch points with AI tools, chatbots or APIs are beneficial Digital solution thinking: Analytical thinking, high digital affinity and desire to work on technical topics to implement data-based meaningful and pragmatic product solutions Curiosity on AI/LLM tools: You actively work with AI/LLM technologies and try out tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Cursor or similar solutions both privately and in studies Drive and Motivation: You bring your own ideas, you like to work in the team and enjoy the product Camper Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing
