(Junior) Community Engineer/ Consultant Holzbau & Planung (m/f/d)

As a community engineer in the field of wood construction, you actively shape the future of sustainable construction. You build a strong network of planners:inside, decision-makers:inside, authorities, construction companies and executive partners:inside and positioning HILTI as a technical solution partner in the growing timber construction segment. In doing so, you combine technical expertise, strategic networking and partnership advice to integrate HILTI solutions into projects and standards at an early stage - from planning to implementation. Your main tasks: Construction and development of a load-bearing network of planning offices, authorities, construction companies and relevant structures in the timber construction segment Positioning of Hilti solutions (products, software, BIM/engineering services and services) with key stakeholders Development and support of technical specifications and project solutions in the field of modern timber construction projects Technical advice, training and support of partners:inside the entire project phase Identification of strategic project potentials and close cooperation with sales and marketing Designing a future-oriented growth market around mudular and sustainable timber construction

successfully completed studies in the field of engineering - ideally with emphasis on wood construction or civil engineering Generalistic engineering skills and a good understanding of static relationships Knowledge of the project phases (HOAI), planning and tendering processes Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit/ Navisworks of advantage Sales experience is desirable as well as pleasure in sales successes and dealing with people Representative Leadership Skills, Network Skills, Communication Strength and Team Spirit Travel readiness, flexibility and valid driving permit
