Specialist (m/w/d) Quality Management / Quality Controlling in the Construction Industry

Our customer is a leading construction and project development company based in Fürstenwalde, which has set standards for many years in the housing sector. It combines engineering expertise with modern, digital processes and places particular emphasis on quality, sustainability and design space for its employees.

On an exclusive mission, we are looking for a dedicated personality for quality assurance and quality control in construction. The Fürstenwalde site convinces with its good connection to Berlin and also offers a quiet working environment with high quality of life. After a structured incorporation on site, it is also possible to use further locations within Germany in a perspective manner. Control of quality control Coordination of internal and external experts Organisation of construction sites and quality checks during construction progress Development and standardization of processes and documentation in quality control, together with project teams and disciplines Ensure that internal standards and processes are adhered to at construction sites Analysis of quality-relevant data, creation of reporting and derivation of optimization potentials Use and participation in the further development of the digital quality assurance and defect management system (e.g. mydocmaMM) Creation of training documents, presentations and process documents Implementation of user training to digital processes and quality control

Complete studies, ideally in civil engineering, architecture, electrical engineering, TGA or comparable training Founded technical expertise as well as experience with construction site processes and basics of quality management Impressive interest in digital processes and IT systems – you will quickly learn new applications Safe handling of standard software (e.g. MS Office); ideally first experience in configuration of tools or systems Communication strength, structured working and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Readiness to travel within Germany (2-3 days/week) driving licence class B
