A 14 BBesO - E14 TV EntgO-DRV Activity The Division 16 “Company Security” performs tasks of IT and physical security, the protection of personal data, the protection of privacy and emergency management as well as basic and cross-sectional tasks as a central service provider* in the German Pension Insurance Federation. GSIS is responsible for coordinating DRV’s cross-border IT security and directly supports the IT security officer of DRV.

They shall conduct the auditors of the office professionally and report to the staff management and the information security officer of the DRV You create audit and audit planning and coordinate the auditor deployment They are responsible for the implementation of the BSI requirements for audits and the resulting guidelines for the implementation of internal audits under the information security policy of DRV As part of the operational planning, they are responsible for the contracts with external auditors As a responsible person, you organize internal audits and cross-carrier audits (DRV audits), coordinate them and accompany the submission of evidence in accordance with BSIG across the board. They develop and control the evidence bases for IT security, in particular the cross-industry security standard B3S of German pension insurance They advise and support the institutions of German pension insurance as well as the rehabilitation centres to audit information security They support the DRV BCM organization through appropriate audits They represent the IT Security office in the bodies of the DRV, as well as supervisory authorities and ministries and European bodies and partners.

Successfully completed scientific higher education (Diplom, Master) with several years of professional experience in information security, ideally IS-Audit Information Security Certification (for example CISA, ISO27001-Leadauditor) Knowledge of common safety standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 19011) Very good German and English skills in word and writing Project work experience, independent work, enforcement capacity Ability to understand complex facts Teamability, solution-oriented work, service readiness for regular missions (in Germany and abroad)
