You build the business continuity management system and take care of its care and development according to relevant standards and laws, for example the KRITISDachG.

Business Impact Analyses BIA and risk analysis for identifying critical business processes are carried out in close coordination with other business areas.

Develop, implement and review emergency and restart plans regularly.

The planning, implementation and follow-up of BCM tests, exercises and training for the departments and management are your responsibility.

You will set up reports, key figures and decision bases for management and auditors and accompany internal and external audits in the BCM environment.

You will bring a completed subject or university degree in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable direction. You have already gained professional experience in a relevant area, ideally with a network operator. You are familiar with NIS 2, KRITISDachG and adjacent rules about well-founded knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory including BCM and safety standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, risk management and BSI Standard 200-4. Strong analytical, conceptual and communicative skills characterize you. Organisational ability, enforcing ability, team capacity and the ability to resolve conflicts and interdisciplinary work complete your profile. A T2 security check is also required for this body.
