Consultant for the project ''AI Competence Rhenish Mining Area (KIK:RR) (m/f/d)

The project „KI-Kompetenz Rheinisches Revier (KIK:RR)“ aims to strengthen the AI competencies of employees and representations of interests in the Rheinische Revier – among other things through low-swelling advice, qualification and development of best practice examples in the field of Artificial Intelligence. One focus is on generic AI such as GPT systems or agents in proprietary systems such as, for example, M 365 and also in open source platforms. The TBS NRW supports and enables stakeholders and employees to participate in corporate transformation processes. In implementing these goals we work on behalf of our institutions, the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs NRW and the trade unions in NRW. The aim of the TBS NRW is to design good work in a digital world of work. With our interdisciplinary team we work in NRW at the locations Bielefeld, Dortmund and Düsseldorf. In the project „KI-Kompetenz Rheinisches Revier (KIK:RR)“ we are looking for a short term and for a limited period up to 31.12.2027 a consultant:in / Consultant (m/w/d) at the Düsseldorf site or Bedburg (full or 75% part-time)

Development and implementation of learning formats (e.g. workshops, seminars, learning trips) for the exchange of AI Literacy and for the development and development of AI competencies (for operation and participation). Conducting consultations with employees, works councils and operational stakeholders to identify needs and develop AI application skills in everyday work. Support in the development of AI application scenarios for operational cases (e.g. use of generic AI tools such as GPT) and testing of AI prototypes in pilot plants. Participation in public relations and networking in the Rhine area – e.g. the establishment of regional contacts and cooperations, documentation and communication of project results (Website, LinkedIn) and exchange with project partners.

Complete university studies (Bachelor or Master's degree) – preferably with a focus on computer science/IT or adult education/further education (or comparable qualification). Funded knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence, in particular generative AI systems (e.g. ChatGPT, GPT-based tools) and their applications in the operational context. Experience in adult education, continuing training or consulting, ideally in the near-technology environment. Analytical thinking and solution-oriented action Regional connection to the Rheinisches Revier region, readiness to travel in NRW (guide certificate Kl. B).
