The landscape association Rheinland (LVR) works as a municipal association with around 22,000 employees for the 9,8 million people in the Rhineland. In this versatile position you take over both operational and coordinating tasks around our event formats. Technical, operational and conceptual preparation and accompaniment of events at the LVR Archivberatungs- und Ausbildungszentrum (e.g. spatial seating, event technology) Operative representation of the team management during its absence Performance of tasks according to § 39 SBauVO NRW in the event operation Coordination and quality control of internal and external cleaning services Delegation and control of foreign companies (including collection of offers) for cleaning services Creation and ongoing updating of: operating instructions Safety data sheets Hazardous catastrophes Risk assessments Substitute tests for detergents

A professional training as a masterin for event technology / Bachelor Professional for event technology or as an alternative a completed training as a specialist for event technology. The grouping takes place according to the personal requirements (depending on the degree of education). Ideally, you have already taken over personnel responsibility and bring leadership skills as well as a good sense of team dynamics.
