We rely on you: They ensure GMP-compliant (Good Manufacturing Practice) and efficient implementation of microbiological tests and methods of microbiological product control They run a team consisting of team coordinators and laboratory analysts They are responsible for the outcome release of the microbiological tests carried out, as well as coordination of measures in the event of a limit crossing, as well as the decision on corrective measures after laboratory investments carried out They define work priorities in their areas of responsibility and check the quality control systems responsible for optimisation potentials They serve customers and authorities in the laboratory as part of audits and inspections They participate in multi-site/professional projects and take responsibility for projects within the MB You regularly create and evaluate trend analyses according to SOP (standard work instruction) for early detection of possible germ loads, as well as monthly reports on results, activities, KPIs, problem fields, status of systems They ensure compliance with statutory and operational obligations as well as the up-to-dateness of SOPs and laboratory regulations for responsibility They contribute to the planning of capacities and the annual cost budget You create, motivate and develop (scientific and personal) the employees

How to complete our team: With your completed Fachhochschul- / Universitäts-Studium of Biology or comparable study direction with multi-year out-of-university professional experience in the relevant cGMP environment or completed training as a laboratory technician (m/w/d) with many years of experience in the relevant GMP laboratory area With your good English skills in word and writing With your safe and binding appearance You convince with your reliable functioning and quick understanding They bring flexibility, ready-to-use and loadability
