Group Leader Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the Industrial Engineering team with currently 9 employees in the Multilayer product range. You design and optimize stable and efficient processes of all production processes for producing multilayer components in the area of responsibility from green processing to mechanical processing and metallization to polarization and final testing. You are responsible for investment projects and support the introduction of new technologies. You are responsible for reducing downtime costs through consistent implementation of technological requirements. You design efficient lean production (5S, FMEA, CVP, ...) and drive digitalization and automation in production.

You have completed engineering or natural science studies (Dipl.-Ing./ Master) in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, materials engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering and the like. You ideally have several years of experience in managing and implementing large industrial projects. You always act in a solution-oriented manner and think entrepreneurially in your area of responsibility. You have good knowledge in handling ERP systems. You are distinguished by a very good communication capability in English as well.
