To strengthen our support center in Hamburg, we are looking for a Construction Manager (m/w/d) as soon as possible

As Project Manager Construction you are part of the Construction & Maintenance team and report to the Department Head After a comprehensive period of incorporation, you will tax projects for new buildings and refits our Food & Beverage concept at airports and stations You control planning and construction processes and take over the respective time and cost control The coordination of external service providers, procurement of construction services, as well as the removal of acceptance and deficiencies are in your hands The usual tools for project control and cost control are sure You work closely with other disciplines and improve existing processes together

You have successfully completed your studies as a civil engineerin/economic engineerin/architectin or further education as technicianin or construction manager*in Alternatively, you have a successful professional training as a carpenter or trade fair builder You have at least 3 years of professional experience You are highly conceptual and have relevant experience in planning and managing projects You have experience in the expansion of shops/filials, ideally even in the area of Food & Beverage You work independently, coordinate and communicate clearly and always keep an overview 30% readiness and good English skills complete your profile
