Training & Qualification: Successfully completed technical training, for example as a motor vehicle/nfz mechatronic (m/w/d) with master certificate or certified service consultant (m/w/d) Professional experience & expertise: experience in managing a commercial vehicle workshop or a comparable function desirable IT & language skills: Safe handling of common office programs Personal competence: independent and customer-oriented working methods, communication strength and leadership skills
